The State of New Jersey has enacted
a 5% Occupancy Fee on all Room rentals.
This fee is in addition to the 7% Sales
Tax already
imposed. Therefore please be
advised that all room rates posted will
be subject to an additional 12%.
Weekdays - Sunday to Thursday
Weekends - Friday to Saturday
A security deposit may also be required.
Secure Parking available for 1 car per room.
Check in 2 PM / Check out 11 AM

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A minimum deposit equal to the first nights rate is required
for reservations of two (2) days or less. Reservations for
three (3) days or longer require a minimum deposit of $200.00.
Deposits can be made in CREDIT CARD, CASH, PERSONAL
CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Personal
checks are not accepted within 21 days of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits will be forfeited unless
notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior
to scheduled arrival or if guest
arrives on a later date than confirmed. All other
cancellations will be charged a $30.00 Cancellation
Fee. Early checkouts
will be treated as cancellations and are subject
to the same policy!
