Important Notice to Our Guests The State of New Jersey has enacted a 5% Occupancy Fee on all Room rentals. This fee is in addition to the 7% Sales Tax already imposed. Therefore please be advised that all room rates posted will be subject to an additional 12%. ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE Rates Based on 14 day advance reservation. NO REFUNDS RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS A minimum deposit equal to the first nights rate is required for reservations of two (2) days or less. Reservations for three (3) days or longer require a minimum deposit of $200.00. Deposits can be made in CREDIT CARD, CASH, PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Personal checks are not accepted within 21 days of arrival. CANCELLATIONS Prom and Holiday Cancellations Any cancellations 30 days before the reservation date is subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days, all deposits are forfeited. All cancellations for Proms will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee for all of the paperwork involved. All Other Cancellations Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival or if guest arrives on a later date than confirmed. All other cancellations will be charged a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Early checkouts will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy! Weather conditions are not cause for cancellations. |
