Reservation Information
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

A minimum deposit equal to the first nights rate is required for reservations of two (2) days or less.
Reservations for three (3) days or longer require a minimum deposit of $200.00.
One Car Space per Room.

Deposits can be made in CASH, PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
Credit Cards are accepted at the time of Check-in and can also be used to hold a room.
Personal checks are not accepted within 21 days of arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 1 week prior to scheduled
arrival or if guest arrives on a later date than confirmed.
Cancellations within 7-14 days of date of reservation are subject to a $25.00 charge.
Early checkouts will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy!

Important Notice to our Guests

The State of New Jersey has enacted a 5% Occupancy Fee on all Room rentals.
This fee is in addition to the 7% Sales Tax already imposed.
Therefore please be advised that all room rates posted will be subject to an additional 12%.
